How many rooms does the resort have?
We have 22 rooms across 3 types: the Deluxe Room, the Sea View Room, and the Suite.
Which rooms face the sea?
The Sea View Room and the Suite both face the sea. The Deluxe Room looks onto coconut trees and greenery.
How large are the rooms?
The Deluxe Room and the Sea View Room are 197 sq. ft. each. The Suite is 400 sq. ft.
How many guests can stay in one room?
Each room takes 3 guests. An extra bed is available if you need one.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Complimentary breakfast comes with every room.
Does any room have a jacuzzi?
Yes, the Suite has one. It is the only room type with a jacuzzi.
Do the rooms have a balcony?
Yes, every room has a balcony, whichever type you book.

Where can I eat at the resort?
At Sea Shell Restaurant, our in-house restaurant, which runs across the ground and first floors. It serves multi-cuisine food and seats 64 in total.
What are the restaurant hours?
Sea Shell is open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
When is the buffet served?
Breakfast runs 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and dinner 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM. À la carte is available through the day.
Is alcohol served?
Yes, alcohol is served at the restaurant.
Is there in-room dining?
Yes, in-room dining runs from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM.

Do you have a space for events?
Yes. Coral is our indoor event space, measuring 543 sq. ft. and taking 38 guests seated or 40 standing.
How can the room be laid out?
Theatre and classroom both seat 38. U-shape and boardroom each take 20. Cocktail and standing takes 40.
Is audio-visual equipment available?
Yes, on request and chargeable. The room has a stage, air-conditioning, and Wi-Fi as standard.
What kinds of events is Coral suited to?
Corporate events, kitty parties, birthday parties, and other intimate gatherings.

How do I get to Sindhudurg Fort?
Head to the Malvan jetti, approximately 2 to 3 km from the resort, and take the ferry. The crossing runs 10 to 15 minutes, and the fort stands on an island about 1 km offshore.

Water sports, scuba diving, and dolphin spotting all run from the Malvan coast. Malvan Beach is about a 2-minute walk away.

About House Rules
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
What is the policy for children?
Children under 5 stay complimentary. Children aged 5 to 12 are charged as a child, and anyone over 12 is charged as an adult.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in for a 100% refund. Within 48 hours the advance is forfeited or a cancellation fee applies, and a no-show is charged in full.
